Just when you think you have seen enough blouses with ruffle sleeves, another one comes along and grabs your attention. So far, I have managed to avoid the high street dupes of my high-end favourites but when I saw this white ruffled blouse online, I caved it. I guess I needed to join the ruffle sleeve club already and hopefully this is one of many to come in different colours and styles !
